Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for paid offerings from Truekin ("Truekin"). Specific products may publish additional or more specific terms at the point of purchase; where they do, those terms apply to that product.
1. Subscriptions and billing
Where a product is offered on a subscription basis, you will be told the price and billing cycle before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings within the relevant product, or by contacting us. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
3. Refunds
- Monthly plans: payments for the current month are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, but you keep access until the period ends.
- Annual plans: if you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal and have not made substantial use of the service, you may request a pro-rata or full refund at our reasonable discretion.
- Service failures: if you were charged in error, or a paid service was not delivered as described, contact us and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
4. Free trials and beta access
Some products are currently offered in beta or as free trials. Beta and trial access may be provided without charge and can be changed or withdrawn as the products mature.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@truekin.co from the address associated with your account, with your order or account details and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days and to process approved refunds within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Timelines for the amount to appear depend on your bank or payment provider.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
